Our colleagues who prefer to continue their career at InfoDif should read and understand our philosophy well. Our disturbance from the human resources policies is among the motivations in founding InfoDif. We want to replace exploitation and bad will with peace in work place, trust, respect and sharing.
We assume that our new personnel have basic knowledge on their field and we do our best to improve and enrich this knowledge. We allocate a considerable budget for magazines, books and academic publications on our field of expertise and we are committed to internal training. We document all our trainings and provide training not periodically but whenever one of our colleagues need.
Internship is a period when students get used to their future profession and have an idea about the practical business life. Mutual benefit reaped by two parties during this period shows that the intern uses the practical and theoretical knowledge well. As a requirement of this understanding and as opposed to generally accepted internship policies, we give chance to our interns to access all materials and knowledge regarding their interests and actively participate in business life. Our interns can participate in the project with a task which is appropriate to their area of interest and can discover and improve their skills freely with supervision of our engineers.
