InDiSe

This software is a middleware that enables DICOM files to be sent asynchronously to PACS servers and it is developed to integrate modalities, which do not have DICOM-Send feature but DICOM images can be gathered from, to PACS system. As DICOM files can be manually sent to server, InDise can also make the regular check of a specified folder for incoming DICOM files and can automatically send them to specified servers. As well as enabling the advanced and flexible settings configurations, it fits perfectly to the environment where it is installed.

Importance of InDiSe In PACS Architecture

  • By using InDise, DICOM files generated from modalities can easily be integrated to PACS system and stored in RadiPACS for years.
  • A DICOM file, that is recently generated by modality, is able to be sent to RadiPACS in specified periods and stored.
